NAHSE Presentation: "Multicultural Marketing and Health Care"

On October 7, 2004 Dr. Robert Miller of Cooper Research and Mr. Larry James of L.W. James & Associates presented a paper on multicultural marketing at the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) Conference in Orlando. The presentation, entitled "Multicultural Marketing and Health Care: The Next Great Branding Frontier?" covered the challenges and opportunities U.S. hospitals face in marketing to diverse communities.
