We Have Moved Cooper Research is pleased to announce that we have moved to an exciting new location. Our new address is: 5050 Section Avenue, Suite 320 Cincinnati, OH 45212-2055 We are now located at the geographical center of Cincinnati. Cooper is just three minutes from both I-71 and I-75 and a minute or two off the Norwood Lateral, a major connector between these two interstates. Our offices are in the historic American Laundry Building. The building's history stretches back to 1902 For a century it was occupied by American Laundry Machinery. The company designed and marketed a line of presses and finishers for the dry-cleaning and industrial laundry markets.
Not only has the original smokestack been preserved on site, but today it is an LEED® certified building (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). This unique structure has been converted to a contemporary building with exposed concrete ceilings and columns. "Linden Pointe on the Lateral," a professional park with corporate and medical offices, retail shops and restaurants, is immediately to the east of our building.
