Our Philosophy about Market Research

At Cooper Research, we believe that research is an important tool for obtaining knowledge and insights about how customers think and behave. Developing a research objective, creating the questionnaire, and collecting data only the beginning. The real work comes in interpreting the data so that analysis and recommendations are tied to the client's mission and direction, as well as the specific research objectives. Our goal is to help our health care clients better understand perplexing problems and issues.

Too many research studies end up on the shelf, hardly ever used, and are viewed as unnecessary expenditures. Our view is that every dollar spent on research should have significant value to management, executives and key decision makers, giving them vision or "eyes" to the market.

Cooper believes in hard thinking, hard work, and insightful investigation of each research topic so that we can provide meaningful, insightful, and actionable results that every client can act upon with confidence. We do not promote the use of a secret "black box" or other difficult-to-understand "proprietary" approach that is not transparent to the client. No single research technique is appropriate for all research needs.
